I’m Shel, a retail analyst and researcher who has been involved in the retail industry since 1994, in retail operations, merchandising, quality control, and HR. The retail industry has changed a lot in the past ten years and will continue to change and this dynamism makes being part of it especially interesting. I have a BSc. degree in Clothing and Textiles from Kansas State University and have worked with some of the top retailers of the world.
