It’s an interesting and very dynamic time to be in retail. The options of reaching conusmers have significantly increased, although so has competition. Consumers now are extremely picky on what they want, how quickly they want and so on. And unless you provide them with the right answers, they will shift to another retailer without a second thought. Customer loyalty is only up to the point of getting everything to go a customer’s way, and beyond that it ceases to exist. Well, the world we live in has changed, as have its people. Social networking is one of the most interesting aspect of online shopping and net savvy retailers are experimenting with it quite eagerly.
