I’ve always loved looking at houses, just to get an idea of what the trends are for home construction, interior decoration etc. I grew up living in a house and stayed in my first apartment only in college, but starting liking the concept of having a compact space in a shared complex that offered lots of facilities that were maintained by a company rather than taking care of a pool and lawn oneself. Living in condo’s would be a nice mix of having the spaciousness of a house but functionality of an apartment. I came across these Phoenix Condos For Sale while I was looking up interesting places to live in the city. It turns out that CondoCompany is the best place to head to for all types of condos for rent and sale in the area. The company uses ‘Building specialists’, agents who specialize only in certain buildings and therefore are complete experts in knowing everything about the building as well as the local community and what life would be like living there.

Wal-Mart will be launching a prepaid card for its customers who do not have bank accounts. The company is yet to give out any official details on the card, but according to a website called walmartmoneycard.com, the card will be a Visa card and will be able to be used anywhere Visa is accepted. It is estimated that about 9% of the US population or 28 million people do not have bank accounts and this card is aimed at these consumers.

“Wal-Mart has long stood for low prices and value, and this plan is another page out of that book,” says John Champion, a retail strategist at global consulting firm Kurt Salmon Associates. “The only surprise is that it didn’t occur sooner.”

We will be moving in a month or so and will not be taking any of our furniture. We have decided it will be simpler to move there and buy a completely new set of furniture, kitchen stuff and pretty much everything else we need for a house. I’ve been visiting online furniture stores to get an idea and decide what I want to buy for our apartment once we move. We are yet to finalize an apartment, and only once we do that will I go ahead and buy stuff, but in the meantime, I’m making a shortlist of what I need.

Direct marketing firm Lilian Vernon’s vice president Kristen Montella emphasised the need for testing of technology before it is implemented on a website. Retailers often overlook this step, even though it is a simple step. The problem usually happens due to the fact that IT programers are not good testers, as they are already too familiar with the technology and process. So, who would be the perfect tester then?

Having quality telecommunications equipment is something any company can do, but what differentiates a regular company from a superior one is the level of service provided. First Point, Inc. is one such company that pays a lot of attention to service and customer care. The company is not only a top telecom reseller, but also offers warranties, repair services, and a range of telecom cables and accessories. With a company like First Point, it’s easy to make one call to one company and get all of your needs met, instead of having to call multiple places to fix your needs.

Just got back from a lovely evening out with family. Even though there are lots of us cousins living in the same city, it’s really hard to be able to meet up on a regular basis and sometimes months go by before we can have a gettogether where we can all meet in one location. Life in a big city is good but this is definitely a big drawback to it.
