We’re in the process for looking for a new apartment and even though we’re only looking for a rental property at this time, it’s hard enough to find just one what one wants. The New York City area, along with the Hamptons, Long Island and Manhattan are some of the most sought after property destinations in the country and consequently one of the most competitive. Douglas Elliman real estate is one of the known names in the area and is a great place to start one’s search for apartments, homes, relocation help and even home evaluations. It’s all quite familiar as just last year we spent the weekend before the Fourth of July on Long Island and enjoyed checking out the available properties there, before taking the ferry to Connecticut to head to Providence for the celebrations.
