Lack of posts due to internet problem for the past couple of days. There was a mix up as the place where I drop of my cheques has withdrawn its facilities to my ISP Tata Indicom and none of us customers were told about it, so the result is that our cheques have been held by ICICI, at whose ATM drop box we used to drop off our cheques. I spoke to people from the call centre and no one had a clue as to what was going on and were only able to repeat the standard line that has been given to them.

Anyhow, I’m just glad that the problem has been fixed thanks to one understanding and proactive person in the company, Mr Anil Sinha.
