Traveling essentials

Over the years, I’ve started traveling much lighter than I used to earlier. I make sure I carry only the essentials with me now, including my skin care products since I have sensitive skin and can’t buy just any odd brand. It’s quite weird how accustomed one gets to using the brands that one likes, especially with cleansers and moisturizers. I am so happy with mine that I never even bother looking at any of the other brands any more.

on the home front

We’ve made a lot of headway in the sorting and packing stuff area, but are running behind on closing some our utility accounts. I still need to follow up on how to get my internet connection disconnected and figure out how I will pay the pending bills once we leave. Since most of our bills don’t run on a simple 1st-31st system, we have to calculate half month bills or till the 20th-22nd, when the billing cycles of several bills start.
