Our new home has lots of space outside that is common to all the apartments. While there already was some lights in the garden, we decided to get an entirely new set of outdoor lighting to complement the Mediterranean theme that the house has. It was essential to have some good lighting as there are several kids in the compound and we wanted to make sure that they could play outside in the evenings as well.
One of the fun things I plan to start doing over the weekends is some craft and hobby stuff. It’s been a long while since I last indulged in making anything, and I suddenly realized how much I missed it when I came across this site which specializes in all sorts of hobby games such as RC helicopters and much more. It’s a really good pastime to be able to create something from scratch, to make a beautiful artwork or decorate an existing piece in an entirely different way.
Time to start focusing on the week ahead now. As much as I love sundays, they are the end of the weekend, and bring with them a sense of closure. Well, of course they do, they are the end of the fun times. Monday morning blues are quite common, but a lot of people get sunday evening blues as well in anticipation of the end of the weekend. I do love the work I do, but it is nice to take a break, and completely forget about work. Unfortunately, that does not happen too often in the life of a freelancer, since one ends up working over the weekend as well. Like I did this weekend.
