Even though Blogger has more users, Wordpress is acknowledged to be a better platform for blogging, as it gives you more control over the theme, widgets and other stuff. Blogger’s original setup was even more constricting that it is now and was only for those who did not know and did not want to know anything about HTML or formatting etc. Wordpress, on the other hand, is for all those who want to get involved in their blog and make it unique, by tweaking a bit of code here and there. Its actually a lot simpler than it initially sounds, and once you start playing around, its hard to stop. I really haven’t done too much to make this blog too much different from other blogs, but I love the way it functions behind the scenes, which is so much better than blogspot blogs.
