My neighbor and I were discussing the importance of working out yesterday and just how hard it is to fit everything in a day along with work, family, cooking, cleaning and so on. I am not too much of a gym fan, since I never get around to actually going to one, but if one had a common home gym equipment for everyone in the apartment complex to use, I’m sure I would go there more often. The convenience factor is definitely very important for me, as well as the time factor, and unless I can do it on my own terms, I’m likely to ignore it. With the weather being rather unreliable and mostly hot, having an indoor exercise option is a good idea.

Are you superstitious? Do you feel if you say something it will jinx it? I’m not blatantly superstitious but I have become cautious over the years of things going wrong after I said or thought something about it and now I try to not say anything at all until it is all over and done with, just to be on the safe side. A lot of people I know go to the extreme in not wanting to jeopardize things, especially before anything major that is going on, and I find that a bit too much. I think that’s because I am a logical person, although it does desert me at times, but ultimately I do think logically.
