Some things are so simple, but we excel at making them as complicated as we can. I am talking about life. Life is for living, it is about being happy and joyous, it is about being satisfied with your share and leaving the rest to a higher power or the unknown, whatever you believe in. I found a very beautiful Swedish proverb on Quoteland.com about life and living, and if we could only live our lives by its words, it would all be so simple.

“Fear less, hope more;
Whine less, breathe more;
Talk less, say more;
Hate less, love more;
And all good things are yours.”

When it comes to computers and laptops, there is only one person I trust and I happily leave it all up to him to sort out all the kinks in the system. I recently needed some usb flash drives and he got some really good ones for me, since I have a lot of stuff on my laptop that I don’t necessarily need to have on the laptop, but would like to have it with me when I travel for easy access. I constantly find it fascinating how we have changed the way we live and work thanks to technology and with the constant upgrades and changes, we have to be able to adapt to newer and more streamlined ways of doing work and business, else we risk becoming outdated along with the equipment.

We had a super relaxing Friday and are all set to tackle the week ahead now…yes, the weekend is almost over here, but I’ve got so used to this system that one barely realizes the days, just as long as one gets a single day off to simply do nothing at all. And that is exactly what we did….lazed, watched movies and TV, read the papers, slept and ate. I try and finish off all my housework during the week itself, as I hate having to do it on the weekend, especially since we usually only take a single day off a week. Anyways, there is always plenty of time to keep on working and cleaning, right?
