Ever since we have moved into this apartment, we have had some problem or the other with the plumbing. It really is time to get some new sinks I think. In fact, even my neighbor was saying that the sink in her guest bath has been leaking and the landlord is not concerned at getting it fixed at all. One will have to take care of it ourselves if we want to get it fixed.
