If only I had these back then!
Ever since I hurt my knee walking in the hills in September, I have realized I must be more careful about the kind of shoes I buy. If I had something like these Dansko shoes, it probably would have been easier on my knee and I would not have had to have a swollen knee for the 15 days that I was limping around. Since I’ve never had any such problem before, I really didn’t think twice and just ignored the pain for the first 2-3 days, which was what made it a lot worse. Wearing the right pair of shoes, means that one’s body is more prepared to take on physical activity and that safeguards us from injury.
